How often will my advertisement appear?
On a full-month standard package your ad is in the regular rotation — about every 6 minutes during sellable hours (6AM–11PM). A denser budget targets about every 3 minutes. Each spot plays for 8 seconds.
Does the price include both faces?
Yes. The monthly ≈ for a location includes every face at that location (both faces on doubles). Cable Beach has one face at a lower rate multiplier.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
No. Listed package figures exclude 10% VAT (TIN 100578768). Your invoice adds VAT clearly before you pay online.
How do I know my ad ran?
You get a daily report per screen: showings, spend and cost per showing, taken from the screen's own log.
What if I don't have artwork yet?
Upload an 8-second image or video, or ask our team to design it. We review every ad within 24 hours.
How do I pay?
Pay online by card on your invoice. You go live once the invoice is paid and your ad is approved. Unspent budget stays with you as credit.
